For as long as I can remember, I've dreamt of someday, owning my own salsa company. It all started in my 20's by spending countless hours with my wonderful mother-in-law, as she patiently taught me the art of home canning... 30 years later, as I sat in my doctor's office, suffering from nerve damage in my arm and hand, My Doctor looked straight into my eyes and told me that I needed to consider a new career.
I prayed that the Lord would give me direction and open a new door for me. From that point on, everything just fell right into place. Today I am honored and feel blessed to share with you "Skip's Salsa" which is made in Amarillo, Texas, in small batches by myself and my family, from the heart, with love and only quality ingredients that are topped off with a shower of spices. "Skip's Salsa" boasts the freshness of homemade with just the right amount of heat.

The story behind the Name: A life of faith, family, and friendship was at the core of everything my Uncle Skip stood for. I could always count on his wisdom and guidance to show me the way. His memory has inspired me to send my salsa into people's homes. Each batch is made with the highest standards of integrity, imparted unto me by him.
