2lb ground beef
1/2 small onion (diced) reserve slices for face
1 small green bell pepper
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 jar Skip's Salsa
4-6 slices of bacon
Procedure: Mix meat with onion, bell pepper, spices, and half jar of Skip's Salsa.
Mold mixture into face shape, wrap in bacon, cover with remaining salsa, and then place onion pieces for eyes and teeth. Bake at 350° for 1 hour until bacon is fully cooked.
